There are a few extensions I've added to this wiki.
- a {!ctf} one. This helps wiki pages flow about better, link more efficiently, break up filter bubbles etc. It puts;
- What's Popular on the bottom of the main page
- Personal Recommendations at the bottom of user pages
- Related Pages at the bottom of other pages
- the font size shows relevance, colour shows how recently it was last edited
- with intros on, user pages (e.g. User:Gav) can appear in these sections too. That way like-minded users are sort of "introduced" to each other ...
- one for simple included external images
- an html5 tag for videos, sound etc
- a custom one for the specific use of iframes
But there are loads of other things you can integrate
- calendars
- comments
- rating systems
- RSVP's
- maps
- whatever you like
The point is, it's very adaptable and easy to code.
